I have been working out my entire life and spent too many hours doing cardio and traditional workouts, nothing has given me the results I wanted until CrossFit. CrossFit has propelled me into a higher level of fitness than ever before, it has truly shown me excellence! My life long love of fitness and wellness is what brought me to this arena and I look forward to sharing my passion and helping you find your own excellence. CrossFit is fun, challenging, exciting, extremely effective…it will give you camaraderie, personal attention and lots of encouragement…it will push you to be your absolute best.
Gino Escalante Leite
Gino “Escalante” Leite is a Level 1 Certified Crossfit trainer with a Nutrition Certification. He has been training with Crossfit independently since 2008 coaching at CrossFit Providence since he received his certification in 2009. Gino’s athletic background ranges from volleyball, track, tennis and lots of swimming. He was the captain of his college swim team and has placed in several State and New England championships.
Gino enjoys training anyone willing to take the dive into the world of CrossFit, though he enjoys teaching beginners the most. He approaches CrossFit with the intent of teaching safe and proper movements before intensity. Gino speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese and thoroughly enjoys talking about nutrition.

Rick is a graduate of Cornell University with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering. He enjoys basketball, golf, southern BBQ, Seinfeld re-runs and planning Halloween costumes way too early in the year. He looks forward to coaching you to be your very best and to reach any goal you desire.
