I have been working out my entire life and spent too many hours doing cardio and traditional workouts, nothing has given me the results I wanted until CrossFit.  CrossFit has propelled me into a higher level of fitness than ever before, it has truly shown me excellence!  My life long love of fitness and wellness is what brought me to this arena and I look forward to sharing my passion and helping you find your own excellence.  CrossFit is fun, challenging, exciting, extremely effective…it will give you camaraderie, personal attention and lots of encouragement…it will push you to be your absolute best.

I was first exposed to Crossfit in 2005 while stationed in An Najaf, Iraq as an Infantry Officer with the United States Marine Corps. While I was initially intimidated by the “crazy” workouts and the equally crazy guys doing them once I actually tried one I was hooked. My years playing collegiate athletics and my military training had exposed me to all kinds of training programs but I knew Crossfit was something special. In the past few years Crossfit has become the preeminent physical fitness program in the Military, Law Enforcement, and Life Saving communities. However, I’ve also seen men and women from all walks of life attain goals they never even thought possible with the help of Crossfit. Whether you are training for victory on the battle field or athletic field, running your first 5 K, or looking forward to years of picking up your grandchildren Forever Crossfit can get you there.

Rick is a graduate of Cornell University with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering. He enjoys basketball, golf, southern BBQ, Seinfeld re-runs and planning Halloween costumes way too early in the year. He looks forward to coaching you to be your very best and reach any goal you may desire.
