Skill – Gymnastics Holds
Max Handstand Hold x 3
Max Ring Support Hold x3
4 x 400m, rest as needed in between each.
Record times for each time trial.
Coach’s Notes: These runs should each be an all-out sprint, no pacing allowed today. For the static holds, if necessary, substitute a push up plank hold for handstands, (elbows locked out) and hollow body holds for ring support. Core should be active and tight the entire time, keeping your midline as stable as possible.
