Skill – Dumbbell Snatch
Technique Review followed by 15 minutes of practice. Form and execution is paramount over weight today. Work on both hands equally.

5 Rounds:
With a 2 minute running clock, complete:
6 HSPU
6 K2E
6 Burpees
Then, in remaining time: Max Double Unders.
Rest 2 Minutes between rounds
Score is total Double Unders.
