Skill – Squat Clean
20 minutes of practice & technique.
Athletes who are proficient with the full depth squat clean will work up to a heavy, pretty single, does not have to be a 1RM. Technique is paramount on these today. Athletes who are still learning the movement will work on pulling themselves under the bar into the receiving front squat position.
