How many meters is the length of the gym? I may need to do this on my own around 5ish
I put some tape down on the floor marking 20 meters.. So from the white wall to the tape is one “length”..
3 times “down and back” for the first segment, then 2, then 1.. That’s how I ran the AM classes..
7:49. I finally found something that I am halfway decent at…..bear crawls. I might look like a moron but I moved pretty fas and didn’t feel tired. The trick, never stand up, turn like a bear on all 4s and then explode to the other end!
